Fit4Kids - Holiday Soccer Camps


The day will start at 9.30am however participants can be droped off at 9.00am.
Finish is at 3.15pm.

Each course will contacin the following elements:
  • Understanding of the game
  • Skill Development
  • Fitness and nutrition
  • Balance co-ordination
  • Introduction to muscle groups
  • Gentle stretching techniques
  • Fruit smoothie tasting
Football techniques covered in our schools:
  • S.A.Q.
  • Shooting
  • Dribbling
  • Attacking
  • Defending
  • Turning
  • Passing
  • Goal Keeping
What you need to bring on the day:
  • Boots and trainers
  • Football kit/waterproof clothing
  • Shin guards
  • Plenty to drink (non fizzy)
  • Packed Lunch
  • Sun Screen (in the hotter months)
  • Medication - if you are on any
  • Lots of enthusiasm and energy

Please note that all Jewellery should be taped or removed

All football coaches meet the following criteria:
  • Experience working with children
  • F.A. Child Protection Certificate
  • Enhanced C.R.B. Clearance
  • F.A. Coaching Qualifications
  • F.A. 1st Aid Certificate
