Fit4Kids


Our kids’ coaching is all about helping a child reach their potential, maximise their enjoyment and hopefully develop some good “life skills”. We believe that sport teaches kids valuable lessons that will set them up for adulthood. Through the medium of football they will learn about:
  • Teamwork
  • Play to win but be gracious in defeat and try harder next time
  • The benefits of a healthy diet and lifestyle.
All of this is delivered sub-consciously through our carefully planned sessions which are designed to help kids of all abilities improve their football in a fun filled, pressure free environment.

Each course will contain the following elements:
  • Understanding of the game
  • Skill development
  • Fitness
  • Diet and nutrition
